George J. Vinc first began selling real estate in 1998 while attending New Jersey City University and sold his first home at age 19. Soon after, George transitioned into the financial sales industry as an Investment Advisor. While working for some of the largest names in the industry, George moved swiftly up the ranks to become one of the top Relationship Managers at his firm. He advised clients on a multitude of products and services ranging from various investment strategies, wealth management, insurance products, along with equity loans and purchase mortgages for primary, vacation and income generating properties. The financial services industry taught him the importance of understanding his client’s needs and goals while looking closely at their entire financial picture. As a result, he approaches the real estate market much like a financial analyst would the stock market. George monitors the data closely for trends, changes and opportunities to pass along to his clients because information is the most valuable asset there is.
George was born and raised in Bayonne and bought his first house there at age 26. He’s seen a lot of changes in his home town over the past few years. These changes motivated him to take his knowledge and skill set, acquired from over a decade in financial sales and put them to use in his real estate business full time. It’s his experience and personal ties to the community which separates George from the pack.
